I always thought people were overrating Jeremy Brett...of course, that was before I saw him as Holmes. Now, well, you know...<3 Honestly I am jealous of your skill! Did you get so good through pure sweat and practice? ><; I mean your skill with anatomy, emotional expression, atmosphere...wow!
Oh--and your signiture, I'm curious...does it translate to, "The God of Christians is a father who makes a big deal about apples, and little concerning children,"? I would guess that was originally stated by someone who is annoyed at God for casting Adam and Eve out of the Garden of Eden? Well, I reckon I see their point, but I do think God loves his children! He just must dicipline them, as every good father should dicipline their child to teach them the right way.
It reminds me of an old Holmes movie I saw with Basil Rathbone.
There was this woman and her son and the son got murdered (I'm condensing a lot) and Holmes and Watson found the body in their room. So the woman comes running up for some reason going, "Where's my son? Where's my son?" and Holmes just gestures towards the body as if to say, "He's there, you stupid woman. Don't you have eyes?"
the way u render light in ur work is cool, u have this simplistic way of doin it that always leaves me wanting more >< i'm not saying ur process is simple i jus lke the simple look it leaves. and the grays in this one are wel blended, i doubt theres need to mention the bloos again, its jus really good ^^
Ah oui, tout à fait excellent. Pour moi, l'acteur de référence en ce qui concerne James Bond est Jeremy Brett, et ce dessin me fait penser à lui, sans en être une copie conforme. Comme d'habitude, du très beau boulot!
